Definition of the Warranty Term
1. A warranty is available during a specific time period (the “Warranty Period”) commencing from the Warranty Start Date. The Warranty commences from the date of shipment to the customer by default if there is no other valid warranty document provided except the product bar code. (And in case of resale by a Ruijie Networks Value-Added Partner, not more than 90 days after original shipment by Ruijie Networks. For Reyee series products, not more than 180 days after original shipment by Ruijie Networks.). 2. Return For Repair may be 9x5x15CD-Ship or No SLA. Delivery time is calculated from the time when Ruijie Authorized Service Representative accepts the faulty parts to the time when Ruijie repair center sends out the spare part(s).
3. Ruijie Networks One-to-One Replacement Service ("Replacement Service") service policy provides replacement of a product purchased by you if defects are found during the warranty. After a product failure occurs, you will receive a replacement product of the similar kind, quality, and value.
3.1 The defective product covered Ruijie Networks One-to-One Replacement Service shall be delivered to Ruijie Networks' distributor within the warranty period and the replacement will be finished within 15 work days upon reception of the defective product. The customer can contact Ruijie Networks' distributor at https://www.ruijienetworks.com/partner/locator , which will be updated over time.
3.2 The customer can contact the manufacturer for instructions to determine whether the failure is caused by a circumstance that can be corrected by circumstance. If the failure is not covered by replacement service or if the product is found to be non-defective, the product will be returned to customer and customer shall bear the two-way freight.
4. All generally available software releases can be downloaded during the warranty period after purchase of product. And the software releases will be accessible on the official website at https://www.ruijienetworks.com/resources/products?activeName=software&Language=[English];
5. 9*5(Local office time) remote technical support is provided via Ruijie Service Portal (https://www.ruijienetworks.com/support/caseportal) and Ruijie Live Chat Support (https://www.ruijienetworks.com/rita ) for the entire warranty period for the purposes of diagnosing hardware or software defects;
6. 24x7 online self-services support is provided for the entire warranty period via Ruijie Technical Support Robot (https://www.ruijienetworks.com/rita ) for the purposes of diagnosing hardware or software defects;
7. The Limited Lifetime Warranty (RG-LLW) is available for selected models in different regions / countries, Limited Lifetime Warranty Period is limited to five (5) years from the announcement of discontinuance (EOS) or 10 Years maximum in general, and The RG-LLW product list will be updated over time.
8. Fifteen (15) Calendar Days (“15CD-Ship”); Delivery time may vary depending on customer shipping location and the Ruijie Networks Spare Parts Centre location and is performed on a best effort basis. Customers should allow for additional transit time due to international customs
Ruijie Service Product Overview
Ruijie network provides professional service products for customers who purchase products, which can meet different levels of service requirement for customers. If needed, the customer can contact the local sales team of Ruijie Networks for further consultation.
Service Product Unit Working Hours Description
9x5x15CD-S Basic RFR Service Year 9*5*15CD Hardware RFR Service:A repaired device will be shipped out within 15 calendar days after Ruijie receives the defective device. Available nine (9) hours a day, five (5) days a week(local public holidays excluded).
9x5xNBD AHR Standard Service Year 9*5*NBD A replacement device will be delivered to the customer site by the next business day after the RMA is confirmed by Ruijie. If the RMA request is created after 15:00 (local time), it will be accepted on the next business day.
24x7x4 AHR Golden Service Year 24*7*4H Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A replacement device will be delivered to the customer site within 4 hours after the RMA request is created.
9x5xNBD Onsite Standard Service Year 9*5*NBD AHR: A replacement device will be delivered to the customer site by the next business day after the RMA is confirmed by Ruijie. If the RMA request is created after 15:00 (local time), it will be accepted on the next business day. Onsite Service: A Ruijie or Ruijie authorized engineer will arrive at the customer site on the Next Business Day once Ruijie evaluates the on-site support is necessary.
24x7x4 Onsite Golden Service Year 24*7*4H Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A replacement device will be delivered to the customer site within 4 hours after the RMA request is created. Onsite service: A Ruijie or Ruijie authorized engineer will arrive at the customer site within 4 hours once Ruijie evaluates the on-site support is necessary.
